A recent study of 3,800 people between the ages of 52 and 79 found a 35% lower death rate in happy people. From me to you here are a few suggestions to get a leg up on the Grim Reaper. http://www.webmd.com/balance/news/20111031/happy-people-live-longer
1. Rid yourself of the burden of BS. Life isn’t about stuff. Dying with the most toys only adds to the feeding frenzy after your gone by others. Find a nice middle of the road life style with the comforts you really want and need. Simplification and feeling that you are ok seems to be the key.
2. Doing for others makes all of us feel good. So do things to make people smile and your heart will smile with them.
3. Take a walk with that special someone in your life and hold there hand. You will feel great.
4. Harry Morrant said “Live everyday as if it were your last. For one day you will be right.” I think I agree with that.
