Great post workout carb replacement and/or instant energy if you need extra fuel before a training session. I personally use 3/4 -1 scoop with post workout shake and 1/4-1/2 scoop pre workout depending on the training day. Instant energy and recovery, much better than waxy maize and pure dextrose in my experience. Noticeable improvements in vascularity and density as well especially when stacked with creatine monohydrate. Not only does this keep muscle glycogen topped up, but increases your capacity to do intense training bouts as well.
