Five Ways to Get Yourself Back on the Track This Spring

1. Plan It Out

The first step in getting yourself back out there is to make a plan. Set a goal or a series of goals related to what you would like to accomplish. 2.What Gets You Motivated

Find something that will help motivate you. Invest in a nice new pair of shoes that you only wear when you workout, buy yourself some new clothes, or even a new pair of headphones, so when you head out to exercise you are excited about the hard work that you are going to have to put in.

 

3.Clean Out The Pantry

Take an afternoon to clean out all the “Trash” food that is in your pantry and your fridge. This will take away the temptation that you get to eat the not so healthy choices that you have in your house.

 

4.Eating Healthy Doesn’t mean Eating Boring

Find some new recipes that are healthy and are exciting. You don’t need to limit yourself to just plain chicken and broccoli  to eat healthy. Mix it up and try something new.

 

5. Find Yourself a Workout Buddy

Sometimes the hardest thing is doing it on your own. Find a friend or someone at the office that has similar goals and ask them to workout with you. Use each other to keep the enthusiasm going and make sure that you push your buddy so that your buddy will do the same for you.
