Can you provide a little more detail on the ab exercises listed above? I’ve never heard of a Goblet Squat…and I don’t have anything I can hang from to do the knee raises. If I don’t have an ab wheel how do I “roll out” with a barbell? Just asking because abs are my main focus – I can use all the help I can get! Thanks for clarifying.
Here is a link that shows how to correctly do a Goblet Squat. You can Just do knee raises with your back against the floor instead of hanging. I would suggest buying an ab wheel which can be purchased for less than ten bucks online. I wouldn’t suggest using an olympic bar. I just don’t see that working out. Hopefully These suggestions help you with your at home workout routines.
