Quick & Easy Shrimp Tacos

I occasionally enjoy cooking, but I always love food… So it should come to no surprise that most meals I prepare require minimal time and rely instead on healthy, quality ingredients. And the last thing I want to do when leaving work is spend an hour in a boring grocery store pouring over some endless list. I know there are an abundance of ‘quick and easy’ recipes online, but these new Frontera recipes were shockingly good (and easy) so I had to share them. My favorite is the shrimp tacos and this is how I prepared them:‏


10 Minute (delicious) Shrimp Tacos-

1-2 lb peeled, deveined medium shrimp

(1) poblano pepper

(1) red onion, thinly sliced

(1)packet key lime cilantro taco skillet sauce

(1) package of Low fat wheat tortillas



  1. Cook Onion and Poblano Pepper in 1 tablespoon of oil in large nonstick skillet until tender. Add shrimp; continue and and stir until opaque, 2-4 min.
  2. Stir sauce into skillet, heat through.
  3. Serve in warm tortillas with chopped cilantro and enjoy!
